Требования:

  • Experience as a PTW Coordinator or HSE/PTW Specialist on construction and commissioning projects
  • Practical knowledge of the Permit to Work (PTW) system
  • Knowledge of the requirements of Order No. 344 of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan, dated 28 August 2020
  • Knowledge of the LOTO system and safe energy isolation procedures
  • Knowledge of procedures for investigating accidents, incidents, and near misses
  • Understanding of safety requirements for hot work, gas-hazardous work, excavation, work at height, lifting operations, electrical work, and commissioning activities
  • Ability to review risk assessments, Work Method Statements/Method Statements, and supporting documentation
  • Fluency in Russian; knowledge of Kazakh and English will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate several activities simultaneously.
