and stakeholders.\n Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Reservoir Engineering, or a related discipline.\n At least 3 years of proven experience in Reservoir Engineering within the oil and gas industry, including reservoir simulation, reservoir management, production forecasting, and reserve evaluation.\n Strong knowledge of reservoir simulation, reserves estimation, production forecasting, and reservoir management.\n Experience with reservoir engineering software such as Eclipse, Petrel, OFM, or similar tools.\n Good understanding of field development planning, well performance analysis, and reservoir surveillance.\n Fluent in Kazakh, Russian and English with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural
