We are an AWS Premier Tier partner, an Anthropic Authorised Reseller, and an NVIDIA embedded partner, and our AI Transformation portfolio (including Claude Enablement, Sandbox, Control Plane, Build Sprint, and AI FinOps) helps enterprises adopt AI safely, inside their own technology estate. \nResponsibilities\nMap the Finnish enterprise IT market and focus on the accounts where Autonomous Operations can make the biggest difference.\nBuild and deepen relationships with IT directors, CTOs and heads of infrastructure, starting with your existing network.\nLead first customer meetings yourself, in Finnish. These should be conversations about the customer's challenges rather than product pitches, with the story adapted for CTOs, CFOs and boards.\nGuide opportunities to a pilot. Agree the pilot scope and success measures with the customer's team, and help steer security, procurement and legal reviews.\nWork with Firemind's senior commercial team to close deals.\nPlan and run Firemind events in Finland, such as breakfast sessions and roundtables. You'll own the guest list, the theme and the follow-up.\nTake an active, genuine part in Finnish IT forums and events and on LinkedIn.\nAdapt central marketing content for Finnish audiences, and share local customer stories and insights with the central team.\nBuild direct relationships with Finnish IT media and analysts.\nWork with Finnish system integrators and cloud partners when they can help move a specific deal forward.\nJob description\nFiremind is looking for an Autonomous Operations Business Developer to lead our growth in Finland. Autonomous Operations is our AI-powered managed service. It detects, diagnoses and fixes infrastructure problems automatically. That cuts resolution times from hours to minutes and frees engineering teams from routine first-line work. The service is already running with customers.This isn't a classic sales role. You'll be Firemind's face in the Finnish IT leadership community. You'll build trusted relationships with IT directors and CTOs, run our local events and community presence, and guide customers from first conversation to pilot. Our central marketing team provides the brand, campaigns and content. You own how that comes to life in Finland.\nThink of it as being the commercial founder of Firemind in Finland. The role suits someone who wins through trust and long-term relationships rather than cold outreach, and who is already known in the Finnish IT director community.\nThe role starts with a Finland focus, with the opportunity to expand to the wider Nordic region as the business grows.\nJob requirements\nMust have:A background in Finnish tech consulting, managed services, cloud operations or IT outsourcing, followed by a move into sales or business development.\nHands-on experience scoping, pricing and selling managed services or cloud operations contracts.\nEstablished relationships in the Finnish IT director community, ideally including contacts who would take a meeting with you at Firemind.\nA track record of taking a complex sale from first meeting to pilot or proof of concept.\nConfidence presenting to CTOs and IT leaders and answering technical questions without needing a technical colleague in the room.\nA relationship-led selling style.
