As an Operations Analyst you will be working closely with members of the Operations team as well as other stakeholders from across the company. You will have the opportunity as part of this role to learn and develop your skills in Payment processing, Transaction monitoring, and Operational Compliance.\nThe role entails:\nCarry out daily payment processing and reconciliation activities.\n\nInvestigate exceptions ensuring they are processed in accordance with the standards.\n\nIdentify and investigate suspected fraudulent activity including production of suspicious activity reports.\n\nCarry out transaction and event monitoring in accordance with AML policies.\n\nContribute to the ongoing improvement of operational processes and procedures.\n\nWhat should you have?\nHave at least two years’ experience in a business environment, ideally in the areas of treasury or operations.\n\nHave a degree in Business, Arts, Finance, or some other related field.\n\nBe analytical and make fact-based decisions.\n\nHave strong attention to detail, be able to follow documented procedures and be a clear and concise communicator.\n\nBe self-motivated.
