company software platforms.\nCreate training materials including guides, videos, presentations, and documentation.\nSupport the onboarding process by providing system training to new hires.\nIdentify knowledge gaps and develop training solutions to improve system adoption and efficiency.\nWork closely with leadership, operations, and IT teams to ensure systems are being used effectively.\nProvide ongoing coaching and support to employees using ServiceTrade and ERP systems.\nAssist with implementation, updates, and process improvements related to company software platforms.\nTrack training progress and evaluate effectiveness of training programs.\nQualifications\nExperience training employees on ServiceTrade or similar service management platforms.\nExperience working with NetSuite, Sage, or other ERP systems.\nStrong understanding of field service operations, inspections, scheduling, and invoicing workflows.\nProven ability to train both technical and non-technical employees.\nExcellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills.\nAbility to develop clear training materials and documentation.\nExperience working in service-based industries such as fire protection, HVAC, mechanical, or field services preferred.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with software implementations or system rollouts.\nFamiliarity with field service management platforms.\nAbility to simplify complex processes for employees at different experience levels.\nExperience leading group training sessions and one-on-one coaching.\nKey Attributes\nStrong
