Together.\nSummary\nWe’re looking for a hands-on Sales Operations & Marketing Operations Manager to build and scale the systems, automation, and processes that power our global go-to-market team.\nSalesforce will be at the center of your work. You will own its ongoing architecture, development, and optimization, ensuring it evolves with the business and helps our global sales team operate effectively. You will also manage HubSpot and marketing automation, develop custom integrations, and build AI agents that improve productivity across sales and marketing.\nThis role is ideal for someone with startup experience who combines strong technical skills with a practical understanding of how sales and marketing teams generate pipeline, convert opportunities, and drive revenue.\nWhat you'll be doing\nOwn and scale Sales Operations\nOwn Salesforce architecture, administration, development, and continuous improvement to support a growing global sales organization\n\nTranslate business needs into reliable technical solutions, balancing speed, usability, and long-term maintainability\n\nDesign and build scalable data models, workflows, custom objects, validation rules, and approval processes\n\nBuild dashboards that provide visibility into pipeline health, conversion rates, sales activity, and revenue performance\n\nDevelop custom functionality using Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components where appropriate\n\nManage system access, permissions, data quality, documentation, testing, and releases\n\nWork closely with sales leaders and representatives across regions to identify operational gaps, improve daily workflows, drive adoption through practical training, clear documentation, and responsive support\n\nOptimize lead routing, account and opportunity management, pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting\n\nManage marketing operations and automation\nOwn HubSpot operations, including campaign workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, nurture programs, and lifecycle management\n\nMaintain reliable Salesforce-HubSpot synchronization, with clear field mappings, ownership rules, and processes for resolving errors\n\nPartner with key stakeholders to improve lead capture, qualification, sales handoffs, campaign tracking, and attribution\n\nMonitor funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion, and campaign execution\n\nBuild integrations and AI agents\nDesign, build, and maintain custom integrations across Salesforce, HubSpot, and other go-to-market platforms using APIs, webhooks, and integration tools\n\nBuild custom AI agents for customer engagement and sales and marketing workflows, such as lead research, qualification, outreach support, and follow-up\n\nConnect AI agents to relevant systems and data, with appropriate access controls, human review, and performance monitoring\n\nTroubleshoot integration failures and automation issues to maintain accurate, dependable data across systems\n\nWe'll be excited if you have\n5-10 years of relevant experience across sales operations, marketing operations, revenue operations, or go-to-market systems, including fast-growing startup experience\n\nDemonstrated Salesforce architecture and development experience, with ownership of complex implementations or substantial system improvements.
