The Facility Manager will coordinate workplace and site services, vendors, visitors, supplies, logistics, and general administrative activities while working closely with Operations, Security, Engineering, HR, and other internal teams.\nThe role is not responsible for the technical operation or maintenance of data center infrastructure, but will support the overall site by making sure the administrative and operational environment runs smoothly.\nWhat You'll Do\nFacility & Site Operations\nCoordinate the day-to-day administrative and organizational activities of the Hrazdan data center.\nEnsure offices, common areas, meeting rooms, employee spaces, and other non-technical areas are properly organized and maintained.\nCoordinate cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, landscaping, and other facility services.\nIdentify facility-related issues and coordinate their resolution with the appropriate internal teams or external service providers.\nConduct regular site walkthroughs and follow up on operational and organizational matters.\nVendor & Service Coordination\nCoordinate external service providers and contractors supporting non-technical facility operations.\nOrganize vendor visits, service schedules, and access to the site.\nMonitor the quality and timely delivery of contracted facility services.\nCoordinate requests, documentation, invoices, and other administrative matters related to facility vendors.\nSupport procurement activities for office, facility, and operational needs.\nSite Administration & Logistics\nManage facility supplies, consumables, office materials, and other day-to-day site requirements.\nCoordinate deliveries, couriers, transportation, and general site logistics.\nMaintain organized records related to facility services, vendors, supplies, and operational requests.\nSupport the organization of employee transportation, catering, accommodation, or other site-related arrangements when required.\nCoordinate meeting rooms, workspaces, and site arrangements for internal and external meetings.\nVisitors & Site Coordination\nCoordinate visitor arrangements together with the Security team.\nEnsure visitors, contractors, and guests receive the necessary information and organizational support while on site.\nSupport the organization of customer, partner, executive, and other official visits to the data center.\nCoordinate internal events, meetings, and other activities taking place at the facility.\nCross-Functional Support\nAct as a central coordination point for general facility and site-related administrative matters.\nWork closely with Security, Engineering, HR, Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams.\nSupport employee onboarding from a facility perspective, including workspace and site arrangements.\nCommunicate site-related information and operational updates to employees when required.\nSupport emergency preparedness and site procedures from an administrative and coordination perspective.\nWhat You'll Bring\nPrevious experience in facility management, office management, site administration, operations coordination, or a similar role.\nExcellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple activities, priorities, vendors, and stakeholders simultaneously.\nStrong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a well-organized and efficient site environment.\nExperience working with vendors, contractors, and service providers.\nHands-on, proactive approach to solving day-to-day operational and administrative issues.\nAbility to work independently, take ownership, and follow through on tasks from start to completion.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.\nGood command of Armenian and English.\nAbility to work on-site in Hrazdan.\nNice to Have\nExperience working in a data center, industrial facility, technology company, construction environment, or other large operational site.\nExperience coordinating cleaning, transportation, catering, security, or other facility service providers.\nFamiliarity with basic health, safety, and workplace requirements.\nExperience supporting sites with employees working in shifts or 24/7
