You will coordinate contractors, consultants, vendors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.\nWorking closely with Engineering, Infrastructure, Facilities, Construction, and Operations teams, you will play a key role in building reliable and scalable mechanical infrastructure for high-performance AI computing environments.\nWhat You'll Do\nMechanical Project Delivery\nLead the planning and execution of mechanical infrastructure projects across the AI data center campus.\nManage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.\nCoordinate mechanical installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.\nEnsure project milestones are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, and reliability standards.\nSupport the delivery of mission-critical cooling systems designed for high-density AI workloads.\nMechanical Systems Coordination\nCoordinate activities related to HVAC systems, chilled water systems, cooling distribution, CRAC/CRAH units, pumps, heat exchangers, cooling towers, and other mechanical infrastructure.\nReview mechanical drawings, specifications, equipment schedules, method statements, and technical documentation.\nCollaborate with mechanical design consultants, contractors, commissioning teams, and internal stakeholders.\nEnsure mechanical systems are designed and installed according to project requirements and operational standards.\nResolve technical issues that may impact project execution, system performance, or commissioning activities.\nContractor & Vendor Management\nCoordinate mechanical contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers throughout project execution.\nMonitor contractor performance, installation quality, and project progress.\nSupport procurement activities, equipment selection, and material delivery planning.\nManage RFIs, technical submittals, change orders, and engineering clarifications.\nCommissioning & Quality Assurance\nSupport mechanical testing, commissioning, and validation of critical facility systems.\nCoordinate functional performance testing and ensure systems meet design requirements.\nParticipate in inspections, quality reviews, and acceptance procedures.\nEnsure compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and project specifications.\nRisk & Safety Management\nIdentify mechanical project risks and implement mitigation plans.\nSupport HSE requirements throughout construction and commissioning activities.\nEnsure safe execution of mechanical works within an operational data center environment.\nReporting\nPrepare project status reports covering progress, risks, costs, and schedules.\nMonitor project milestones, contractor performance, and delivery timelines.\nEscalate risks, delays, technical challenges, and resource requirements.\nSupport executive reporting and project governance activities.\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience managing mechanical construction or infrastructure projects, preferably in data centers, industrial facilities, or other mission-critical environments.\nStrong understanding of HVAC systems, cooling infrastructure, chilled water systems, pumps, heat exchangers, and critical mechanical systems.\nExperience managing mechanical contractors, consultants, and engineering teams.\nKnowledge of mechanical commissioning, testing, and construction processes.\nAbility to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.\nExperience working with multidisciplinary M&E teams and coordinating interfaces between mechanical and electrical systems.\nExcellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nNice to Have\nExperience working on hyperscale data centers or AI infrastructure projects.\nExperience with high-density cooling solutions for GPU-based computing environments.\nFamiliarity with international data center standards and commissioning practices.\nExperience with large-scale construction projects involving complex mechanical
