equivalent\nBuild and optimize RoCEv2 / InfiniBand fabrics (PFC, ECN, DCBX, congestion control)\nImplement network segmentation and multi-tenancy (VLANs, VRFs, VPCs, SDN overlays)\nIntegrate BlueField-3 DPUs, SR-IOV vNICs, and networking offload solutions\nOperations & Reliability\nMonitor fabric health (performance, congestion, drops, routing, credit starvation)\nTroubleshoot high-performance AI training pipelines (collectives, all-reduce, RDMA)\nMaintain routing and security configurations: BGP (EVPN), OSPF, MLAG/VPC\nManage spine upgrades and firmware lifecycles\nDevelop automation for network configuration (Ansible, Terraform, GitOps)\nStorage Networking\nDeploy and optimize NVMe-over-Fabrics\nIntegrate high-performance storage platforms (WekaFS, VAST, DDN, Pure, Ceph NVMe tier)\nTune networking for ultra-low latency and high-throughput workloads (AI training & inference)\nData Center Integration\nCollaborate with electrical, mechanical, and compute teams on rack layouts, airflow, and cabling\nValidate rack bring-up: switch burn-ins, link activation, cross-connect testing Security & Compliance\nImplement secure multi-tenant isolation for GPU cloud environments\nHarden APIs, management networks, and out-of-band access\nAutomation & Observability\nBuild dashboards and alerting using Grafana, Prometheus, InfiniBand Telemetry, WJH\nContribute to internal tooling for fabric validation, auto-provisioning, and drift detection\nRequired Skills\nCore Networking\nDeep expertise in InfiniBand (HDR/NDR) or high-speed Ethernet (200G/400G)\nStrong RDMA knowledge (RoCEv2, QP states, congestion management)\nAdvanced routing and switching (BGP, EVPN, OSPF, MLAG/VPC)\nExperience with Mellanox/NVIDIA platforms (ONIE, Cumulus, MLNX-OS, UFM, NEO)\nStrong Linux networking fundamentals\nAI Infrastructure\nExperience supporting AI training clusters (H100, B200, A100 or similar GPUs)\nFamiliarity with BlueField DPUs, SR-IOV, VirtIO\nExposure to
