You'll Do\nCritical Infrastructure Operations\nOperate, monitor, and maintain critical infrastructure systems supporting continuous facility operations.\nSupport the reliable operation of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, cooling, backup power, and other mission-critical systems.\nMonitor system performance and identify potential failures, degradation, and operational risks.\nParticipate in preventive and corrective maintenance activities for critical infrastructure equipment.\nEngineering & Technical Support\nReview and support the design and implementation of critical infrastructure systems and technical solutions.\nAnalyze infrastructure performance, capacity, redundancy, and reliability requirements.\nTroubleshoot complex technical issues and coordinate corrective actions.\nEvaluate proposed equipment, systems, and engineering solutions for technical suitability and operational reliability.\nHVAC, Cooling & Mechanical Systems\nSupport the operation and optimization of HVAC, cooling, ventilation, chilled water, pumps, heat exchangers, cooling towers/dry coolers, and related mechanical systems.\nMonitor cooling capacity, system performance, redundancy, and efficiency.\nIdentify and resolve issues affecting thermal management and environmental conditions.\nSupport commissioning, testing, and performance validation of mechanical and cooling systems.\nReliability & Incident Management\nIdentify infrastructure risks and recommend measures to improve system resilience, availability, and maintainability.\nParticipate in incident response, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and recovery activities.\nSupport the development and implementation of emergency response and operational procedures.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing downtime and improving infrastructure performance.\nProject & Stakeholder Coordination\nCoordinate with engineering, IT, operations, construction, security, and other internal teams on infrastructure-related activities.\nWork with contractors, consultants, vendors, and equipment manufacturers during installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning.\nSupport FAT/SAT, commissioning, system testing, inspections, and facility handover activities.\nEnsure work is performed in accordance with approved designs, procedures, safety requirements, and applicable standards.\nWhat You'll Bring\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Engineering, or a related technical discipline.\nSignificant experience working with critical infrastructure, data centers, industrial facilities, or other mission-critical environments.\nStrong understanding of critical facility systems, including power, HVAC, cooling, mechanical systems, and backup power infrastructure.\nExperience operating, troubleshooting, maintaining, or commissioning complex infrastructure systems.\nUnderstanding of redundancy, resiliency, availability, and capacity planning for mission-critical environments.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience working with contractors, vendors, consultants, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.\nAbility to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, technical specifications, and equipment documentation.\nStrong understanding of workplace, electrical, mechanical, and facility safety requirements.\nStrong communication and coordination skills.\nNice to Have\nExperience in AI/GPU data centers or high-density computing environments.\nExperience with high-density cooling and thermal management systems.\nExperience with UPS, generators, switchgear, medium/high-voltage systems, chilled water systems, CRAH/CRAC units, cooling towers, dry coolers, pumps, and BMS/DCIM systems.\nExperience with commissioning and operational readiness of mission-critical facilities.\nKnowledge of industry standards and best practices for data center infrastructure and
