You’ll own a book of enterprise accounts across the US, working closely with Sales Engineers and Business Leaders to drive complex, high value deals.\nYou’ll be:\nConsistently achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets\nSelling multiple product lines into payments companies\nWorking closely with Fireblocks BDRs, Business Solutions and GTM Team\nBuilding and maintaining relationships with prospects and customers\nProspecting, territory, and account planning\nUpdating and maintaining the Fireblocks CRM\nRequirements:\nExperience selling within the Financial Services industry to line-of-business executives\n8+ years of enterprise SaaS or institutional sales experience, with a track record selling into payments companies, PSPs, card networks, or fintech infrastructure providers\nWorking knowledge of payments infrastructure, settlement, treasury operations, cross-border payments, stablecoins, or money movement rails\nStrong technical baseline understanding of modern SaaS application architectures, including APIs, and distributed applications\nProven track record of selling into CIO, CTO, architecture, and platform engineering and shared services teams\nAbility to co-sell and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles alongside core account teams.\nA proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in highly competitive markets.\nAbility to translate complex technical platform capabilities into tangible business value for both executives and developers.\nWe have a comprehensive onboarding and training program for all new employees. Track record of success and closing complex deals within the financial services or fintech sectors.\nFor employees hired to work remotely from New York, or from our NYC HQ, Fireblocks is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.This range is specific to New York City, and takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are reviewed when making a hiring decision, such as years of experience, skills, and other business needs.\nThe annual US base salary range for this role is $280,000 - $390,000. For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings (\"OTE\") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
