Scale\nHere’s the bit about the opportunity:\nThis team focuses on expanding Fireblocks’ footprint across banks and large regulated financial institutions throughout the EMEA region. This is an individual contributor role responsible for driving enterprise-level sales in the UK for one of Fireblocks’ most strategic verticals. You’ll work closely with internal teams across Sales Engineering, Business Development, Product, and Marketing to deliver innovative digital asset solutions to traditional financial institutions.\nYou'll be:\nAchieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets within your region.\nDrive new business with Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks and expand existing relationships.\nManage the end-to-end sales process - from prospecting to negotiation and closing.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite, risk, compliance, and innovation teams.\nCollaborate closely with the BDR, GTM, and Product teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies.\nAccurately update and maintain customer information in Fireblocks’ CRM.\nWork cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery and account coverage.\nYou’ll have:\nEnterprise sales experience in financial services, fintech, or institutional software.\nProven success selling to banks, custodians, or large regulated financial institutions.\nStrong understanding of banking procurement processes, including RFPs, compliance, and multi-stakeholder decision-making.\nExposure to or a strong interest in digital assets, tokenisation, and blockchain technology.\nDemonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and build strategic, long-term client relationships.\nEntrepreneurial and self-driven mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical value into business outcomes.\nWe have a comprehensive onboarding and training program for all new employees.
