VP Product Marketing

That's where you come in. We're looking for a visionary leader to grow and elevate our product marketing team, translating product excellence into market-winning GTM strategy.
You will lead a world-class team that sets positioning the market can't ignore. Drive product adoption, stickiness, and upsells that the platform is built to earn. And build the intelligence engine and self-service tooling that lets the whole go-to-market team act on it.
Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers, partners, and analysts to stay ahead of market and competitive dynamics, and use that signal to keep Fireblocks positioned to dominate the market.
- Own Fireblocks' market positioning and messaging, the foundation every GTM motion draws from, across every market we compete in and every buyer we sell to.
- Partner with product management on roadmap strategy, sharing accountability for product adoption, product UEX $, and brand awareness and preference in the segments we compete in.
- Own launch strategy for positioning-changing products; set the governance that let product management launch everything else.
- Translate product and market strategy into contextual GTM enablement across pre and post-sales teams.
- Reshape product marketing at Fireblocks using AI: own the systems that let product management, sales, customer success and marketing deliver value directly, from market signal to launch autonomy, self-serve enablement, and contextual campaigns.
- Set the team's strategy and OKRs, build a team suited to this model, systems thinking and technical fluency alongside classic craft, and invest visibly in their growth.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally in FinServ, Payments, FinTech, or Cybersecurity.
- 5+ years of team management experience.
- A passion and a willingness to learn about new technologies including digital assets and the new financial use cases they enable.
- A strong storyteller who sets the editorial bar a team, and its systems, are built to meet.
- Experience with segmentation, buyer personas, and positioning that holds up across markets and buyer types without diluting into generic language.
- Experience designing AI-based systems that reshape the value, and role of product marketing.
- An excellent communicator who builds consensus across product, sales, and executive stakeholders.
- Willingness to roll your sleeves up, be hands-on and lead by example.
- Thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy.
