The Client Services Representative provides comprehensive support to Financial Advisors and the Program Manager for all investment and insurance related products improving office efficiencies, productivity, and client/member service.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nCoordinates and prioritizes client prospect outreach; schedules appointments; provides telephone coverage; manages Financial Advisor calendars; and directs branch referrals to the appropriate Financial Advisor.\nBuilds and maintains strong client relationships by resolving service issues, responds to investment and insurance inquiries, and continuously looks for opportunities to promote products and services across the credit union.\nProcesses client onboarding and account documentation through investment and insurance systems, verifying accuracy and completeness supporting the new-account process.\nPerforms comprehensive client support which may include sorting and distributing mail, researching member data, updating beneficiaries, processing contributions and distributions, supporting clients with online access setup, prepping required minimum distributions, statement consolidations, and other related service requests.\nManages core-system and CRM operational workflows, including researching member information for Financial Advisors while completing checks and balances to maintain accurate client data and support timely follow-up.\nManages the client review process and prepares client reviews and meeting presentations by gathering and preparing performance information for investment and insurance products.\nMaintains accurate and complete compliant records ensuring FINRA, SEC, and organizational requirements are met.\nActively participate and support organizational initiatives, cross-functional projects, and other assignments as needed to advance the Credit Union’s strategic priorities and operational objectives.\nBasic Qualifications:\nEducation: High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.\nLicenses/Certifications: Licensed or required to obtain licensing: Life & Health, SIE, FINRA Series 7, 66, (63& 65) \nPrevious investment services experience preferred.\nBenefits:\nWe offer exceptional benefits to our employees, including:\nCompetitive salary with a pay for performance bonus\nFully paid Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits package for employees.\nFully paid Life insurance, AD&D, short and long-term disability coverage\n401k plan with a 3% safe harbor from the credit union and a matching program of up to 4%\nEducation reimbursement of up to $5,250 annually, along with a 0% education loan assistance program\nPet Insurance\n3 weeks of PTO annually including 2 ½ days of float time.\n9 paid holidays plus 2 half days\nFirefighters First Federal Credit Union is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
