Customer Success Technical Expert

As a Customer Success Tech Expert you’re our go-to specialist for helping customers tackle their most complex challenges - using your deep knowledge of recruitment processes and technology to turn big ideas into practical solutions.

You won't just be answering questions: you'll challenge the status quo, rethink processes and uncover opportunities that deliver real business value. From solving complex customer challenges to developing initiatives that benefit our wider customer base, you’ll help shape how we deliver Customer Success at scale.

We’ll be excited about you if:

• You have at least 3 years' experience as a consultant, account manager or success manager within a recruitment agency, recruitment SaaS company or job board. You understand the jargon, the pains and the joy of success that recruiters experience every day, and use this knowledge to help our customers swim to success.
• You have strong consultative skills, with the ability to understand customer processes, identify opportunities for improvement and confidently recommend better ways of working.
• You’re commercially confident and highly organised, with experience managing customer relationships, driving retention and renewals, identifying growth opportunities and taking ownership of initiatives from idea through to delivery.

• A basic salary of £37,000 - £45,000 per annum
