You understand the jargon, the pains and the joy of success that recruiters experience every day, and use this knowledge to help our customers swim to success.\n You have strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to understand customer challenges, recommend improvements and help them get the most from their CRM.\n You’re commercially minded and highly organised, with the confidence to identify upselling opportunities, use customer data to spot areas for improvement and manage multiple priorities while delivering great customer experiences.\n We appreciate that to have a good life at work you need to have a good life outside of work too!
