You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensures that the machines and equipment are in good running condition.\nOther responsibilities include:\nOperate manufacturing equipment.\nSet-up, start-up and adjust machines to optimize operation and productivity.\nExecute proper machine shutdown and perform basic maintenance on machines.\nEnsure optimal raw material utilization and company resources.\nIdentify inefficiencies in production processes and suggest improvements to increase productivity.\nWork closely with the Quality Assurance Team to ensure that products meet quality standards.\nMonitor and record the condition of production equipment and coordinate with Maintenance for repairs or preventive maintenance when needed.\nEncode and maintain accurate production records such as daily production reports and other similar reports.\nSupport in the planning and implementation of production projects and process changes.\nTo succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:\nGraduate of any Engineering course, preferably a licensed engineer.\nWith 0 to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing set-up.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nExcellent communication and teamwork skills.\nAttention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.\nAbout ROYU\nRoyu Industrial Corporation, through its brand Royu, manufactures and sells building wires and communication cables.
