Panacan, Bunawan District, Davao City\nRole Type: Full-time (On-site)\nDepartment: Supply Chain Management\nReporting to: Assistant Distribution Manager\nThe Branch Associate (Accounting) is responsible for executing accounting processes which includes documentation, collection, returns process, DR transmittal and Delivery Receipt (DR) Checking of FSPs.\nOther responsibilities include:\n Compliance Execute the Supply Chain Operations (SCO) standards, company policies, Business Continuity Plan (BCP), and safety protocols in compliance with government-mandated guidelines or LGU regulations.\n\nSales Invoice Management Execute the issuance of sale invoice and credit memo and generates monthly sales invoice and credit memo reporting timely and accurately.\nFacilitates the filing of issued sales invoices and delivery receipts for hardbound for BIR yearly requirements.\n\nCollection ManagementExecutes the issuance, recording and inventory of collection booklets such as Payment Receipt, Collection Receipt, Warehouse Receiving Report, Counter Receipt and Credit Receipt\nPrepares Payment Receipt for DRs with payment daily and Issue Collection Receipt per customer request\nReceives and processes daily collections by verifying the amount, checking and updating the details in SFA, timely deposits, preparing and transmittal of collection reports.\n\nDelivery Receipts ManagementExecute the preparation and sending of Weekly DR transmittal to FSPs\nConduct Monthly DR Checking and reporting of any missing DR of FSP.\n\nReturns Management Execute the processing of customer returns such as pullout and canceled DRs timely and accurately.\n\nRole Flexibility Carry out the tasks and responsibilities in the absence of Branch Associates to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.\n\nSupply Chain Management Strategy Execute the ongoing enhancements to the structure, processes, equipment, and personnel of branches.\n\nTo succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in any course (preferably Logistics and Supply Chain Management Graduate).\nWith or without relevant work experience; background in logistics or supply chain operations is an advantage!\nProficient in Google Workspace.\nAbout FELCO\nFirefly Electric and Lighting Corporation (FELCO) started in 2001 with a simple goal: to make quality lighting and electrical products available and affordable for every Filipino.
