The role provides timely troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and technical support to minimize downtime and support smooth manufacturing and business operations.\nOther responsibilities include:\nManages, maintains, and provides technical support for the company’s IT infrastructure, including network systems, CCTV surveillance systems, desktops, laptops, printers, software applications, and other IT equipment. \nPerforms installation, configuration, troubleshooting, monitoring, and preventive maintenance of network devices, CCTV systems, and end-user devices to ensure secure, reliable, and continuous operations. \nProvides technical assistance to users and support manufacturing and business systems to maintain operational efficiency. \nTo succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.\n2-4 years of relevant work experience in IT support, infrastructure management, or related technical roles (IT Infrastructure & Hardware Support, Network Administration, CCTV & Security Systems, System Administration)\nExperience supporting desktops, laptops, printers, CCTV systems, networks, and business software applications is preferred.\nExperience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or operations-based environment is an advantage.\nAbout ROYU\nRoyu Industrial Corporation, through its brand Royu, manufactures and sells building wires and communication cables.
