The Junior IT Infrastructure Network and Telephony Administrator assists in maintaining the organization’s network, telephony, and core infrastructure systems. The position supports daily operations by helping configure routers, switches, VoIP devices, and PBX components, while ensuring stable connectivity across all sites. The role handles basic troubleshooting, user support, and routine maintenance such as updates, monitoring, and documentation. It also helps in enforcing security policies, coordinating with senior administrators for escalations, and working with vendors for service requests. This position is expected to follow established procedures, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the reliability of IT services through consistent compliance with operational standards and best practices.
To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related field.
- Basic understanding of network and telephony systems, including routers, switches, firewalls, VoIP, and PBX platforms.
- Ability to perform routine monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of network and telephony infrastructure.
