He/she will be responsible for conducting comparative product studies, testing and optimizing product formulations, and qualifying new products and materials.\nOther responsibilities include:\nResearch and develop optimum formulations and dimensions for PVC pipes and other plastic products.\nManage the life cycle of PVC and plastic materials, including compounding, pelletizing, testing, and material recovery.\nEnsure that raw materials and finished products conform to applicable quality and product standards.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce costs through formulation improvement and scrap reduction.\nQualify new products and evaluate cost-effective raw materials and material alternatives.\nCollaborate with relevant teams to troubleshoot material and product-related issues and implement appropriate solutions.\nTo succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science, or similar\nPRC license is a plus\nKnowledgeable in SPC and FMEA is a plus\nGood project management and problem solving skills\nKnowledge in the extrusion process is an advantage\nAbout ROYU\nRoyu Industrial Corporation, manufactures and sells building wires and communication cables.
