The role takes ownership of complex and hard-to-fill vacancies, proactively identifies and engages passive talent, develops talent pipelines, and provides relevant market insights to support effective hiring decisions.\nOther responsibilities include the following:\nExecute employer branding campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels.\n\nEnsure a positive and consistent candidate experience by developing candidate-facing materials and partnering with recruiters to maintain engagement throughout the hiring process. Collect and analyze candidate feedback to improve processes.\n\nManage and optimize sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, career fairs, and agency partners to build diverse, role-specific talent pipelines using active and passive methods. Track and analyze sourcing effectiveness and ROI to improve results.\n\nLead the employee referral program by driving participation through communications, incentives, and engagement initiatives. Monitor referral metrics, optimize workflows, and launch campaigns to increase program visibility and high-quality hires.\n\nDevelop strong relationships with universities, colleges, and student organizations. Coordinate campus recruitment events, internships, and job fairs to attract early-career talent and build long-term pipelines.\n\nMaintain dashboards and reports on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-source, sourcing ROI, referral program performance, and candidate experience. Use data insights to inform strategic decisions and improve talent acquisition outcomes.\n\nTo succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Economics, or a related field\n\nMinimum of 3years of relevant experience in talent acquisition (managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, employer branding, and candidate experience initiatives)\n\nOptional: experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment marketing tools, and data analytics platforms to track and optimize recruitment metrics; prior involvement in university partnerships, employee referral programs, and recruitment campaigns\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.\n\nStrong ability to analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify trends, solve problems, and optimize talent acquisition strategies.\n\nProven capability to manage multiple recruitment projects and priorities efficiently while meeting deadlines.\n\nProactive mindset to stay current with industry trends, embrace new technologies, and continuously improve recruitment practices.\n\nAbout FELCO\nFirefly Electric and Lighting Corporation (FELCO) started in 2001 with a simple goal: to make quality lighting and electrical products available and affordable for every Filipino.
