We are seeking a high-performing Senior Production Engineer (Plastics Extrusion) to lead technical troubleshooting, enhance process stability, and mentor our engineering team in Calumpit, Bulacan!\nABOUT THE ROLE\nLocation: Calumpit, Bulacan, Philippines (Onsite)\n\nRole Type: Full-time\n\nDepartment: Wire / Production\n\nReporting To: Production Manager\n\nWork Schedule: 5-day work week\n\nAs a Senior Production Engineer, you will oversee wires extrusion efficiency by solving complex technical issues, optimizing equipment performance, and developing the engineering team to reach high-impact production targets\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nProcess Optimization & Quality Control: Fine-tune extrusion machine settings to maximize yield, enhance product consistency, reduce defects, and achieve significant reductions in scrap/reject rates.\n\nOperational Efficiency & Machine Productivity: Monitor and drive key operational metrics including Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and machine utilization while minimizing technical downtime.\n\nContinuous Improvement: Identify process-related bottlenecks, establish permanent countermeasures for recurring technical issues, and enhance process stability.\n\nTeam Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical guidance, direct hands-on troubleshooting support, and execute structured skill-up training plans for production engineers and operators.\n\nReporting & Collaboration: Track daily production variance, manage technical improvement reports, and coordinate across Maintenance, QA, and suppliers.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS\nEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred;
