Ensures alignment with business objectives, maximizes sales opportunities, and maintains a competitive edge in the market.\nOther requirements include the following:\nDevelop and implement strategic sales plans for key accounts and market segments.\nIdentify and pursue business opportunities for solar solutions, including new markets and account expansion.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (product, technical, finance) to ensure sales strategies are aligned with company objectives.\nOpen or source potential clients.\nBuild and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, acting as a technical advisor.\nAddress customer needs and challenges with tailored solar solutions.\nDrive customer retention and expand business within assigned accounts.\nTo succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:\nMinimum 8 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in leadership role\nExperience in B2B sales, preferably in renewable energy, solar, or technical solutions\nLeadership and coaching skills to manage and develop BDOs effectively\nStrong communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders\nNegotiation skills to secure deals and maintain long-term partnerships\nTechnical knowledge of solar products , systems, and solutions\nSolid understanding of sales techniques, forecasting, and market analysis\nAnalytical ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field, preferably a licensed engineer.\nAbout FREECorp:\nFounded in 2024, FREECorp is a renewable energy solutions provider specializing in solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and integrated power solutions across the Philippines.
