closely with the sales engineering team to prioritize device pack development based on the needs of prospects and customers\nOccasionally participate in customer and support calls to understand and troubleshoot device-related issues\nRequired Skills and Experience\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or another related field\nProficient Java coding skills, including an understanding of optimization, performance ramifications of coding decisions, and object-oriented design\nScripting expertise in either BASH or Python programming languages\nLinux and general command-line experience\nExperience with and working knowledge of Maven, SQL, JUnit, XML/XSLT, RESTful web services, and logback/log4j\nRegex experience\nOutstanding problem-solving skills. \nAble to pick apart software, analyze it and become a subject matter expert on it\nMust be willing to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple roles and demonstrate high emotional intelligence\nFlexible and able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks\nPossess a positive attitude and work well with others\nPreferred Skills and Experience\nExperience in an Agile/Scrum software
