With guidance from senior team members, you'll help empower customers to make informed decisions and achieve success in their projects.\nResponsibilities\nContribute to the process improvement and implementation methodology focused on prescriptively and proactively getting a customer to value as quickly as possible.\nProvide thought leadership related to API integration as the right approach for the management and delivery of Automation and Workflow for our customers.\nAccount for the decisions you propose and be an expert in the implementation of proposed solutions.\nConduct business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analyses to align technology solutions with business initiatives.\nPartner with users to define and analyze problems and align the most appropriate technical, application or configuration solutions.\nHelp develop, document, and manage the requirements gathering process and provide detailed design and business processes to support the requirements throughout the project life cycle up to and through change control.\nReview system test plans and system test applications to ensure successful test cycles.\nPartner with the end-user to select or create appropriate scenarios to test implemented solutions to determine whether the solution meets shared requirements.\nServe as a functional and technical resource for the project team and establish Level of Effort (LOE) and duration estimates for projects.\nBuild architecture best practices.\nRequired Skills and Experience\nBachelor's degree in the field of Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or equivalent practical experience.\nFive or more years of business analysis and consulting experience -
