We’re seeking a skilled Staff Frontend Engineer to join our global team, contribute deep technical expertise and scale our high-performance backend systems.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nLead the design, architecture, and development of rich, scalable user interfaces and experiences across distributed systems that integrate seamlessly with backend services\n\nDrive frontend technical strategy and establish best practices for building high-performance, maintainable, and scalable UI architectures\n\nPartner closely with customers to understand technical requirements, address complex questions, and design scalable solutions that can leveraged across the broader customer base\n\nCollaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to shape and deliver elegant, responsive, and high-impact user experiences across multiple devices and platforms\n\nChampion improvements to engineering standards, frontend architecture, tooling and development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality\n\nLead thoughtful code reviews, mentor engineers, and foster a culture of high-quality, reusable and maintainable frontend code\n\nBuild and evolve a robust repository of reusable UI components and shared libraries that accelerate development across teams\n\nProvide technical leadership and clear documentation for key technical and business stakeholders, proactively communicating architectural decisions, project milestones and development progress\n\nInfluence product and engineering roadmaps by identifying opportunities to improve user experience, scalability and platform capabilities\n\nWe’ll be excited if you have\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field\n\n6+ years of related experience\n\nAdvanced proficiency in building responsive and scalable Web applications in React\n\nProven experience with AJAX, XML, JSON, and best practice design patterns\n\nFamiliarity with UX principles and site performance optimization\n\nAdvanced knowledge/ experience with React\n\nStrong grasp of computer science fundamentals, such as data structures and algorithms\n\nWorking experience with automated testing and version control systems like Git\n\nTeam-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills;
