You'll go into a customer's environment, understand their data, models and workflows, and design the solution that gets them to production on Fireworks.\nYou'll be equally at home in a technical deep dive with a customer's ML engineers and in a meeting with their executives. You'll own outcomes: a customer's success, a new use case, or a high-priority strategic project from start to finish.\nWhat you'll do\nCustomer engagements\nWork directly with customers, from fast-moving AI startups to large enterprises, to find their highest-value use cases.\n\nMap each customer's environment: data, existing models, latency and cost needs, and infrastructure.\n\nDesign and propose tailored solutions and proofs of concept that show the value of Fireworks in real customer environments.\n\nLead technical onboarding and implementation, including fine-tuning workflows, latency benchmarks, API integration and cost modeling.\n\nAct as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers shape their AI strategy on Fireworks.\n\nTurn early interest into long-term usage and expansion.\n\nStrategic projects\nOwn strategic customer engagements end to end, from first conversation to long-term success.\n\nRun high-priority, cross-functional initiatives, such as partnerships and model launches.\n\nCreate new go-to-market motions and repeatable playbooks so one customer's success becomes many.\n\nBuild the business case and help close and grow key accounts with our sales team.\n\nWorking across Fireworks\nPartner closely with engineering, research, applied ML, sales and field engineering.\n\nShare what you learn from customers with our engineering and research teams.\n\nExplain complex technical trade-offs clearly to any audience.\n\nMinimum requirements\nTechnical degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a similar field.\n\nPrior experience in software engineering or another technical role before moving into product management.\n\nProduct management experience.\n\nPrevious customer-facing experience, working directly with external customers and clients.\n\nStrong, practical fluency with LLMs: inference, fine-tuning, evals and agents, and how they connect to latency, quality and cost in production.\n\nCredible with both a customer's engineers and their executives.\n\nFocus on outcomes, comfort with ambiguity, and fast context-switching.\n\nDeep hunger and motivation.
