The Opportunity

Det-Tronics is seeking a highly creative and strategically minded marketing professional to join our growing global Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who combines exceptional graphic design capabilities with strong digital marketing instincts and a passion for storytelling, branding, and visual communications. The Graphic Designer & Marketing Specialist will play a key role in elevating the Det-Tronics brand across digital, print, video, web, social media, internal communications, training materials, and product marketing initiatives. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, HR, and Leadership to create compelling visual content that strengthens brand awareness, supports business growth, and enhances customer experiences globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Content Creation: Design and develop high-quality marketing collateral including brochures, product literature, presentations, advertisements, trade show graphics, infographics, and promotional materials. Assist in the production and editing of videos, animations, and product demonstrations. Develop visual assets that support sales enablement, customer education, onboarding, and technical training initiatives.
• Web Design & Maintenance: Support ongoing website enhancements, updates, and content management initiatives. Design web graphics, landing page visuals, and user-focused digital experiences aligned with marketing strategy and SEO best practices. Collaborate with external developers and internal stakeholders to implement website improvements and digital initiatives.
• Social Media Content: Work cross-functionally to create and publish regular content for platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, as well as the Det-Tronics Intranet.
• Branding & Strategy: Maintain consistent brand identity both internally & externally across all platforms, ensuring visual style aligns with communications and brand style guidelines.
• Marketing Support: The ideal candidate will contribute to projects and team success by taking on a variety of tasks and responsibilities that advance the business.

Skills and Qualifications

• Professional Skills: Strong creative thinking and excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to solve problems, manage projects, work collaboratively, and manage multiple priorities independently. Cross functional collaboration is key; the ideal candidate will partner with internal teams to translate technical concepts into clear engaging communication.
• Technical & Creative Skills: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Knowledge of layout design, typography, UI principles, and CMS systems (e.g., WordPress).
• Platform Trends : Strong understanding of social media best practices, content optimization, and audience engagement trends. Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) tools and technologies is preferred.
• Collaboration: Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, creative marketing, or digital communications, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
• Strong portfolio of work demonstrating strong graphic design and creative communication skills.
