Join our diverse, world-class team, and together, we can make a difference.\nPosition Summary\nThe Quality Manufacturing Manager is responsible for leading and maintaining all quality assurance and quality control functions within the manufacturing operation. This role ensures products meet customer expectations, regulatory requirements, and company standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization.\nReporting to the Director of Operations, the Quality Manager oversees the company’s Quality Management System, ISO certification compliance, internal and external audits, warranty and corrective action processes, supplier quality, and manufacturing quality performance. This position partners closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Customer Support to ensure consistent product quality and operational excellence.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nMaintain and improve the company Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements. \nLead ISO certification activities, internal audits, external audits, and corrective action initiatives. \nDevelop and maintain quality procedures, inspection standards, testing methods, and process controls. \nMonitor quality performance metrics and drive continuous improvement efforts to reduce defects, scrap, and rework. \nOversee manufacturing quality assurance and quality control activities to ensure product reliability and customer satisfaction. \nManage warranty claims, customer complaints, root cause investigations, and corrective/preventive action processes. \nPartner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Customer Support to resolve quality issues and improve processes. \nManage supplier quality management, including supplier evaluations, audits, and corrective actions. \nMaintain calibration programs, inspection records, and quality documentation. \nProvide leadership, coaching, and guidance to quality personnel while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. \nParticipate in cross-functional operational and strategic initiatives to support company objectives. \nSupport customerquality reviews, technical discussions, and site visits as needed.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or related field preferred. \nMinimum of 5-7 years of quality leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. \nExperience managing ISO-certified quality systems (ISO 9001 required;
