The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of US HR practices, employee handbook management, compliance, and end-to-end HR operations.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage day-to-day HR operations for US-based employees \nEnsure compliance with US labor laws, policies, and HR best practices \nDevelop, maintain, and update the Employee Handbook in line with US regulations \nOversee onboarding and offboarding processes for US employees \nHandle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution \nPartner with leadership to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals \nMaintain HR documentation, policies, and procedures \nSupport payroll coordination and benefits administration for US employees \nDrive employee engagement initiatives and HR programs \nRequirements\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field \n5+ years of HR experience, preferably with a US-based company or supporting US employees \nStrong knowledge of US labor laws and HR compliance \nProven experience in creating and managing Employee Handbooks \nExperience handling onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills \nAbility to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment \nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in IT or Managed Services (MSP) environment
