We back our people to grow into new domains and take on challenges beyond their previous experience.\nRole Summary\nThe Procurement & Expediting Executive is responsible for the end-to-end procurement of materials, equipment and services supporting datahall Fitout, Compute & network deployment projects. The role ensures timely procurement, supplier coordination, expediting, logistics tracking and material delivery to support project schedules. The position reports directly to the Project Manager while working closely with the Procurement Manager to ensure procurement activities align with corporate procurement policies, supplier strategies and commercial requirements. This is a project-facing role embedded within the delivery team.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage end-to-end procurement activities from requisition through purchase order, delivery and close-out.\nSource materials, equipment and subcontracted services.\nObtain quotations, evaluate proposals and prepare procurement recommendations.\nIssue purchase orders and maintain procurement documentation.\nActively expedite suppliers to achieve manufacturing and delivery milestones.\nCoordinate logistics, freight forwarders, customs brokers and shipment tracking.\nWork closely with the Project Manager, Project Engineer, Site Engineers and Construction Team.\nMaintain procurement trackers, expediting logs and delivery schedules.\nPrepare weekly procurement and expediting reports.\nSupport invoice verification, supplier performance reviews and contract administration.\nCombination of office and active project site environment, coordinating with vendors, logistics providers, and project teams in a fast-paced, schedule-driven project environment.\nSkills & Experience\nDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.\nProfessional procurement qualifications are advantageous.\n3-8 years of procurement experience in construction, engineering, telecommunications, network infrastructure or data centre projects.\nExperience managing procurement from RFQ through delivery.\nStrong supplier expediting and logistics coordination experience.\nInternational procurement experience is desirable\nPreferred Experience\nProcurement of network equipment, structured cabling, fibre optics, server racks, electrical and mechanical infrastructure, and data centre fit-out materials.\nExperience with contractors, OEMs, systems integrators and international suppliers.\nKnowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, NetSuite or similar) and Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project and document management systems.\nLocation & Reporting\nLocation:Singapore\nReports to:Project Manager\nEmployment Basis\nPermanent full-time\nDiversity\nAt Firmus, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
