We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.\nRole Summary\nWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the Data Hall Fit-Out delivery for a large-scale data center project. The role will be responsible for managing the installation, integration, and commissioning of data hall infrastructure, while coordinating closely with teams responsible for base building, utilities, and site infrastructure.\nThe successful candidate will have strong experience in data center construction and MEP infrastructure projects, with the ability to manage multiple contractors, technical packages, and complex project schedules to ensure successful delivery of critical environments.\nKey Responsibilities\nData Hall Fit-Out Project Delivery\nLead the end-to-end delivery of data hall fit-out works, including white space infrastructure, containment systems, power distribution, and supporting mechanical and electrical systems.\nManage contractors responsible for rack infrastructure, busway systems, containment, cable management, Cooling system and related systems.\nCoordinate closely with infrastructure teams to ensure readiness of power, cooling, and network connectivity prior to fit-out activities.\nEnsure installation works meet design specifications, commissioning requirements, and operational standards.\nInfrastructure Coordination\nInterface with teams responsible for base build, electrical infrastructure, cooling systems, and utility connections.\nEnsure proper integration between data hall fit-out scope and upstream infrastructure systems such as:\nUPS systems\nswitchgear\ntransformers\nchilled water systems\nCRAH/CRAC units\nMonitor infrastructure readiness to prevent delays to fit-out activities.\nContractor & Package Management\nManage multiple subcontractors and vendors delivering different technical packages.\nReview contractor schedules, method statements, and work plans.\nTrack contractor performance against schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.\nResolve coordination issues between trades and technical disciplines.\nProject Planning & Controls\nDevelop and manage project schedules for data hall fit-out delivery.\nIdentify risks and implement mitigation plans to protect critical milestones.\nMonitor progress against project timelines and coordinate recovery plans where required.\nProvide regular progress updates, reporting, and forecasts to senior management.\nCommissioning & Handover\nSupport commissioning activities for electrical, mechanical, and IT infrastructure within the data hall environment.\nCoordinate integrated system testing with commissioning teams.\nEnsure all documentation, inspections, and testing records are completed prior to handover.\nSupport transition to operations teams during project completion.\nSkills & Experience\nBachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.\n8-15 years of experiences in construction or engineering project management \nProven experience delivering data center projects or mission-critical facilities.\nDirect experience managing data hall fit-out or white space installation.\nStrong understanding of data center infrastructure systems\nPrior experience working on base build or infrastructure projects is strongly preferred.\nLocation\nThis role is based in our Singapore office.
