This role will partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers across AI Infrastructure Engineering, Deployment and Operations functions to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes at speed. \nThis is a hands-on Talent Acquisition role with strong business ownership. You will not simply fill roles; you will become the hiring partner for critical business functions, advising hiring managers, shaping sourcing strategies, building market pipelines and ensuring delivery stays on track. \nThis is a one-year fixed-term full time role, with strong potential for conversion to permanent employment, subject to performance and business needs. \nKey Responsibilities\nHiring Partnership \nBuild trusted relationships with hiring managers and business leaders across assigned portfolios. \nPartner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans, role requirements, and hiring priorities. \nProvide market insights, talent availability updates and hiring recommendations to support business decision-making. \nProvide advisory insights to hiring managers on role briefing, assessment alignment, candidate experience and timely decision-making. \nHigh-Volume Hiring Delivery \nManage an average of 15-20 active roles, at any given time, across AI Infrastructure Deployment & AI Factory Operations, or other assigned portfolios with business scales \nMaintain weekly pipeline discipline across sourcing, screening, interview progress, feedback, offer and close-out. \nPrioritise urgent and high-impact roles while keeping broader hiring activity moving. \nBuild and maintainstrong shortlists against agreed timelines. \nIndustry Talent Mapping and Sourcing \nDevelop targeted sourcing strategies for Deployment, Operation and Project Management talent. \nBuild proactive talent pools for recurring and business-critical roles. \nIdentify relevant industry channels, competitors, networks and referral pathways. \nUse direct sourcing, LinkedIn, referrals, applications and selective agency engagement to build candidate pipelines. \n Recruitment Operations and Data Discipline \nMaintain accurate recruitment data and pipeline updates in Greenhouse. \nTrack activity, conversion and bottlenecks across assigned roles, contribute to weekly hiring reporting and pipeline review rhythms. \nUse recruitment data to drive outcomes, prioritise actions and identify risks \nParticipate in TA projects and process enhancements as part of the broader People and Talent team. \nWork with the TA Coordinator on interview scheduling, reference checks, job posting, contract support and onboarding handover. \nSkills & Experience\nBachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources Management or related fields \nEight to ten years of experience as an advisory Talent Acquisition Partner, 360 Recruiter or similar role in a fast-paced hiring environment. \nProven track records in recruiting for Data Centre Infrastructure, Infrastructure deployment & Project Management, Electrical & Mechanical engineering related functions are highly desirable\nA strong understanding of the ASEAN region is essential for this role, including in-depth knowledge of regional talent markets, talent availability and attraction, and country-specific employment laws and regulatory requirements.\n Strong capability managing high-volume hiring while maintaining quality and stakeholder confidence. \nStrong sourcing capability across LinkedIn, direct sourcing, referrals, talent pooling and market mapping. \nAbility to manage competing priorities, urgent roles and multiple hiring processes at once. \nStrong communication, stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills. \nLocation & Reporting \nBased in Singapore\nHybrid working mode: 4 days in the office\nReports directly to the Chief People Officer \nEmployment Basis\nThis is a one-year fixed term full-time role. \nDiversity\nAt Firmus, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
