The ideal candidate will have experience driving cost savings through negotiations with suppliers, possess an understanding of common contractual clauses found in contracts, and have experience redlining/crafting contract language in partnership with the legal team. Executive level communication skills (written and verbal) are required.\nResponsibilities:\nContract and Negotiations:\nLead negotiations for moderately complex renewals and new purchases with suppliers of Technology, Non-Technology (e.g. staffing, fulfillment, etc.) products/services, including, but not limited to Order Forms, Master Agreements, Statements of Work and Amendments\nEstablish and negotiate aim-high and bottom-line commercial positions, price protection, expansion tables, true-up, payment terms, etc. where applicable to ensure the best possible total cost of ownership while minimizing risk and maximizing business flexibility\nManage the Procure to Pay process ensuring timely creation of purchase orders, invoicing, and payment while adhering to established procurement policies\nCategory Management and Internal Stakeholder Engagement:\nPartner with internal stakeholders to help develop and execute strategies that support the financial and growth objectives of the company\nTake ownership and serve as the procurement subject matter expert for assigned body of work\nProvide exceptional customer service through quality and timely completion of all assigned work\nWhat You Will Need to be Successful:\nA bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, information technology or finance.
