{"id":1141814,"url":"https://alion.io/job/first-advantage-compliance-engineer","title":"Compliance Engineer","company":{"id":451841,"name":"First Advantage","domain":"fadv.sg","url":"https://alion.io/company/fadv-2","size_band":"201-500","is_staffing_agency":false,"is_intermediary":false,"ats_vendor":"Workday","truth_index":{"grade":"B","score":81,"open_postings":12,"ghost_share":0,"stale_share":0.75,"repost_share":0,"time_to_fill_p50_days":25,"computed_at":"2026-09-23T05:45:00Z"}},"role":"Legal","role_family":"Legal","seniority":"middle","employment_type":"full_time","work_mode":"on_site","remote_scope":null,"hiring_geo_confidence":"structured","locations":["Bengaluru, India"],"countries":["IN"],"hiring_countries":[],"hiring_countries_total":0,"salary":null,"salary_estimate":null,"experience_years_min":3,"visa_sponsorship":false,"relocation_package":false,"has_equity":false,"technologies":[{"name":"AWS","optional":false},{"name":"Azure","optional":false},{"name":"ISO 27001","optional":false},{"name":"SIEM","optional":false},{"name":"SOC 2","optional":false}],"status":"live","first_seen_at":"2026-09-23T12:34:48Z","employer_posted_date":"2026-09-23","last_verified_at":"2026-09-23T16:22:30Z","board_verified":true,"closed_at":null,"days_open":0,"trust":{"level":"ok","repost_count":null,"flags":[],"days_open":0},"description":"Key Responsibilities\nCompliance Automation & Platform Administration\nServe as a subject matter expert for Drata.\nConfigure, maintain, and optimize Drata environments/workspaces, controls, tests, workflows, and reporting.\nEvaluate and implement new Drata features and capabilities.\nMaintain compliance evidence repositories and automated evidence collection processes.\nDevelop and maintain compliance dashboards, metrics, and executive reporting.\nAssist with maintaining audit readiness throughout the year.\nSystem Integration Management\nIntegrate enterprise systems with Drata, including but not limited to:Identity and Access Management platforms\nTicketing systems\nSource code repositories\nCloud platforms\nEndpoint management platforms\nVulnerability management tools\nHR systems\nSIEM and security monitoring solutions\n\nValidate integration configuration and data accuracy.\nMonitor integration health and resolve synchronization issues.\nInvestigate with application owners or vendors to troubleshoot integration failures.\nCompliance Monitoring & Control Management\nMonitor automated compliance tests and control monitoring activities within Drata.\nInvestigate failed control tests, exceptions, and policy violations.\nAnalyze compliance findings to determine root cause and business impact.\nTrack remediation activities through completion.\nEnsure control evidence remains current and audit-ready.\nRemediation & Corrective Actions\nPerform technical remediation for findings, within the Compliance Engineer's scope.\nCreate and manage remediation plans, timelines, and status tracking.\nValidate corrective actions and confirm control effectiveness after remediation.\nSupport exception management and risk acceptance processes when remediation is not feasible.\nStakeholder Collaboration\nPartner with Trust & Compliance teams to maintain control libraries and framework mappings.\nWork closely with Engineering and Infrastructure teams to improve compliance posture.\nTrain system owners and Trust & Compliance team on Drata workflows and compliance requirements.\nProvide compliance guidance during technology implementations and system changes.\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.\nEquivalent professional experience may be considered.\nExperience\nExperience administering compliance automation platform Drata.\nExperience supporting SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 27701 or similar compliance programs.\n3+ years of experience in Information Security, Compliance Engineering, Security Operations, or related fields.\nExperience with cloud environments including AWS and Azure.\nExperience configuring SaaS integrations and APIs.\nDesired Competencies\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills.\nAbility to translate compliance requirements into technical controls.\nExcellent organizational skills.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication abilities.\nAttention to detail and commitment to audit readiness.\nAbility to manage multiple compliance initiatives simultaneously.\nContinuous improvement mindset.\nWe have great people here and are looking for more.
