Role: Operations Analyst (Bangalore) What You’ll Do: A successful Operations Analyst will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls for reference, education, credential, and employment verification. The role requires strong attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure accurate and comprehensive reporting.
