The successful candidate must have excellent attention to details and must have a high-level of analytical skills to provide a comprehensive report to the client.\nResponsibilities:\nManage Inbound and Outbound calls for employment, education and other references verifications.\nObtain Verification and references information via phone, fax, mail, etc.\nInvestigate and confirm reference credibility.\nUpdate reference contact information within database.\nAnswer telephone and email inquiries from candidates and clients concerning the status of a background check request.\nPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
