Organizational responsibilities to include but not limited to completing daily research or verification tasks with the supervision of the Operations Manager.\nResponsibilities:\nOps Initiatives - verification and creating report tasks or research tasks\nMake phone calls to entities (HR/Edu/Qual) to verify employment or education enrollment and qualification details with business etiquette\nEnsure to have interviewing and writing skills for regular reference check\nEmail communications with entities for verification in a timely manner\nAccurately complete background reports without any error.\nPlan ahead to make sure all research are completed within the TAT. \nComply with all Personal Information and Privacy Laws and Procedures and corporate’s compliance regulation and policies. \nEnsure to have knowledge of internal system to perform the role. \nEnsure to understand SOP clearly and perform tasks based on the SOP/VPG \nEnsure to respond inquiries from other inter-company teams in a timely manner \nOther Business Performance\nEnsure to accurately manage caselist in timely manner \nPerform other duties as assigned by management \nEnsure to proactively participate the regular Ops study session by sharing cases handled. \nInternal & External Relationship\nCollaborate with other teams in First Advantage to improve client service and business performance. \nEfficiently support colleagues including the supervisor when necessary. \nEnsure the delivery of high-quality services that would meet clients’ expectations. \nEnsure to maintain good relationships with company HR, academic registration officers and referees when carrying out research / verification tasks. \nWhat You Will Need to be Successful:\nNative Korean speaker\nBachelor’s degree or above\nGreat communication skills\nExcellent interpersonal and relationship building skills\nGreat collaboration and supporting with others\nHigh standard of personal conduct and responsibility\nAdherence to company rules and regulations\nWhat You May Need to be Successful:\nRequired good understanding and has significant command skills in English language.\nProficiency on basic computer applications, e.g. Microsoft office and Web browsers\nWhy Join Us at First Advantage?\nAt First Advantage, team members are united around a noble purpose: helping organizations to safeguard their workplaces and manage risk.
