This role focuses exclusively on\ninternal stakeholders and does not cover external or client-facing analytics. The Product Owner translates\nbusiness requirements into scalable analytics products, including dashboards and curated data sets, partners\nwith engineering teams for delivery, ensures privacy and compliance, and champions governed self-service data\nusage to reduce ad hoc reporting and manual analysis\nWhat You'll Do:\nEngage with internal business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and prioritize enterprise data and analytics requirements.\nOwn and manage the internal analytics product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and organizational objectives.\nTranslate stakeholder needs into well-defined analytics product features, epics, and user stories for delivery by engineering teams.\nDesign and oversee the delivery of function-specific dashboards and governed, curated data tables to enable self-service analytics for internal users.\nCollaborate with Data Analytics Engineering teams on dashboard development and Data Engineering teams on building certified data sets for analytics consumption.\nDrive user enablement, training, and change management to maximize adoption of analytics products and reduce dependency on manual Excel-based reporting.\nDefine and track adoption, usage, and value metrics for analytics solutions; continuously improve products based on feedback and performance insights.\nPartner with privacy, security, and governance teams to ensure confidentiality, compliance, and appropriate access controls across all internal analytics solutions\n What You May Need to be Successful:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
