The candidate must be comfortable supporting North American business operations and working EST/ET hours.\nKey Responsibilities\nAdminister and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related applications.\nConfigure and support custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and permissions.\nBuild and maintain Salesforce Flows, approval processes, and automation solutions.\nManage user access, profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules.\nCreate and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.\nPerform data imports, exports, cleansing, deduplication, and data quality monitoring.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.\nSupport integrations with external systems and third-party applications.\nTroubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement resolutions.\nParticipate in testing, release management, and deployment activities.\nEnsure Salesforce best practices, governance, security, and compliance standards are followed.\nProvide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support.\nRequired Qualifications\n3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience for Salesforce Administrator.\n5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience for Senior Salesforce Administrator.\nStrong knowledge of Salesforce platform configuration and administration.\nHands-on experience with:Salesforce Flows\nReports & Dashboards\nSecurity Model and Permission Sets\nData Loader and Data Management Tools\nChange Sets and Deployment Processes\nSales Cloud and Service Cloud\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities.\nWillingness to work EST/ET hours and collaborate with U.S.-based teams.\nPreferred Qualifications\nSalesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201).\nSalesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.\nExperience with CPQ, Experience Cloud, DocuSign, or Marketing Cloud.\nKnowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning App Builder, and Salesforce integrations.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\nFamiliarity with MuleSoft, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), or Azure Integration Services.\nKey Skills\nSalesforce Administration\nFlow Automation\nSecurity & Access Management\nData Management & Data Governance\nReporting & Analytics\nUser Training & Support\nRelease Management\nBusiness Process Optimization\nStakeholder Management\nIntegration Support\nWe have great people here and are looking for more.
