The analyst will translate business requirements and data-quality concerns into meaningful analysis, reports, dashboards, and recommendations.\nKey Responsibilities\nData Quality Analysis & Monitoring\n\nReporting & Dashboard Development\n\nData Stewardship Support\n\nData Governance & Documentation\n\nBusiness Process & Continuous Improvement\n\nRoutine Activities\nDevelop queries and analytical datasets using appropriate Salesforce reporting, querying, and analytical tools.\n\nAnalyze Salesforce data to identify inaccurate, incomplete, duplicate, inconsistent, or outdated records.\n\nMonitor data-quality metrics and trends across Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Service Cloud.\n\nDevelop and maintain recurring data-quality reports, dashboards, and scorecards.\n\nInvestigate data anomalies and exceptions and determine their potential business impact.\n\nPerform root-cause analysis to distinguish between data-entry issues, process deficiencies, system configuration issues, integration problems, and other sources of data-quality degradation.\n\nPartner with Salesforce Data Stewards to validate issues, prioritize remediation, and track resolution.\n\nIdentify emerging data-quality risks before they materially affect business operations or reporting.\n\nConduct data profiling and analysis to support data-quality initiatives, audits, and remediation projects.\n\nEstablish and maintain appropriate data-quality measurements and thresholds in collaboration with the Data Quality Manager.\n\nReconcile Salesforce data with other systems when discrepancies are identified.\n\nAssess the downstream impact of Salesforce data-quality issues on reporting, forecasting, customer management, revenue operations, and service processes.\n\nSupport analysis of historical data and trends to identify recurring or systemic data-quality problems.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in DataAnalytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\n\n2-5 years of experience working with Salesforce data analysis,business analysis,CRM analytics, and data quality.\n\nExperience developing reports, dashboards, and recurring analytical outputs.\n\nDemonstratedproficiency with Salesforce SOQL, SQL, andExcel.\n\nStrong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skillswith excellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nAbility to explain data and analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a cross-functional environment.\n\nWe have great people here and are looking for more.
