The ideal candidate will need to have good knowledge of Bangalore geography to enable routing, Employee Transport operation, Compliance, Fleet Management and Transport Management System (TMS) Tool.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\n% of Time:\nDo not to list duties and responsibilities less than 10%\n75%\nRoutine Activities\nTracking the vehicles to ensure cab reach office on time.\nCoordinating with employees for pick and drop. \nCoordinating with employees if any transport issues.\nMonitor vehicle movements live tracking through TMS. \nWorking on the vendor issues and streamlining the process and ensuring the clear process is placed.\nResponsible for handling Transport queries, issues, and providing trips to vendors in respective shift. \nRouting / Monitoring / Tracking, Calls and ensure cabs reaches on time as per business scheduled shift timing.\nCapturing Transport operation data’s - Cancellation / NCNS / Arrival & Departure report / Delay note\nPreparing Incident report\nCab audits.\nCheck day to day the Cleanliness of the driver and cabs.\nCheck the Trips and Employee occupancy (Pickups & Drop offs) every day to track empty vehicles for all cabs.\nMaintaining the reports of login, logout & Additional trips for all the cabs.\nAdhoc request planning.\nAny vehicle break down, delays, accident, Driver/vehicle not reported, lost and found should inform immediately to transport dept / Concern business leads.\n25%\nTMS\nShould have sound System / Computer knowledge to manage TMS Tool\nTRIP complete data to be maintained for all the duties performed by each driver through Device. \nTracking the cabs every day through TMS tool at the time of pick-ups and drops\nAll TMS operational reports to be captured to support MIS.\nResolving the routing issues and cab delay\nRoute planning to keep the number of escorts as per necessary requirement only.\nMaintain shift roster / enroll employees according to the shift requirement.\nCompliance documents handling - Driver & Vehicle\n%\nTotal Time (Must Equal 100%)\nJob Qualifications\nEducation: (Describe the minimum, relevant education required to perform the job.
