You will:\nWork within a Scrum team on new products and initiatives, from design through delivery.\n\nProvide dedicated support for existing production AI/ML workloads, ensuring reliability, performance, and continuity.\n\nBuild secure, well-optimized solutions using modern AI tooling.\n\nDevelop and productionize ML models, and design end-to-end testing strategies to hold delivered solutions to a high quality bar.\n\nDeliver API integrations and data pipelines, optimizing for latency, throughput, and cost.\n\nPartner with Product, Infrastructure, and other departments on planning and execution.\n\nEnsure solutions meet the highest standards for security, compliance, and data governance.\n\nWhat You'll Need to be Successful\nAt least5 years of experience across software engineering, AI, and machine learning.\n\nStrong programming skills in Python, including production ML work with frameworks such as TensorFlow.\n\nHands-on experience with Databricks and PySpark for building and scaling data pipelines.\n\nProficiency in SQL for querying and managing relational data.\n\nExperience building and serving models as APIs (e.g., FastAPI), with attention to latency, throughput, and cost.\n\nPractical experience with LLM APIs, RAG, OCR, and document recognition/NLP techniques.\n\nA solid grasp of MLOps practices, including automated training and deployment.\n\nNice to Have\nTypeScript/JavaScript for API and service development.\n\nKnowledge of Azure, including serverless architectures and API gateways.\n\nFamiliarity with MLOps and orchestration tooling (e.g., Azure ML, MLflow, Airflow, Prefect).\n\nExperience with containerization and IaC (Docker, Bicep/Terraform).\n\nWe have great people here and are looking for more.
