  • Contribute to the development of scalable delivery practices as the organisation grows.

Requirements

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of tasks and follow through to completion.

Bonus Points

  • Previous experience in project coordination, project administration, operations, customer success, or a related role.
  • Interest in Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients or professional services teams.

This is a unique opportunity to combine customer-facing strengths with an interest in AI, while working on real-world enterprise AI projects. The role offers significant exposure to experienced AI practitioners and industry experts, with strong opportunities for learning, growth, and career progression.
