What We Do\nThis role provides various support functions for the Contractor Relations team in the Home Warranty Division.Point of contact for Contractor network. Coordinate and provide day to day administration and support of the FAHBP contractor network in terms of account maintenance, claims support, invoice support, web portal training, master record updates, work items, NT’s (No Techs), Work Order Offers, emergencies, and overall support to the department.\nWhat You'll Do:\nResolve service issues such as work items, emails, voice messages/team rotary or other requests\nAssist contractors with information on Home Warranty policies, procedures, coverage, and non-covered items\nMaintain database information (zip codes, covered areas, address, email, phone, brand exceptions, etc)\nResponsible for contractor portal training, assisting contractors with invoice issues and payment process. Inactivate/activate contractors due to vacation or bookings while ensuring proper trade coverage. Includes summer season and holidays\nAssist Contract Recruiter Specialist in keeping all contractor documentation current, including licensing, insurance, and workers’ compensation\nContact outside technicians to service when a no tech occurs\nFollow-up with Outside Reimbursement (OSRs) to recruit as a new FA contractor\nRecruit new hires in impact areas as directed by the Supervisor and CRM. Assist with ongoing department projects and initiatives\nResponsible for weekly work order offer system reporting, compliance metrics, and ongoing discussions with contractors\nWhat You'll Bring:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nTypically has 2+ years of related experience\nStrong customer service skills\nOrganized and detail oriented\nSolid communication skills, both verbal and written\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office\nUnderstanding of invoicing process\nPay Range: $20.34 - $27.12 Hourly, RemoteThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
