This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in the details, and wants to learn the escrow business from experienced professionals.
In this role, you’ll provide critical administrative and customer support throughout the escrow process, helping keep transactions moving, customers informed, and our team operating at its best. You’ll work closely with a high-producing Escrow Closer, gaining hands-on exposure to the business and building skills that can open the door to long-term career growth within First American.

In-office, five days per week
What You’llDo:
Assistin the escrow process, such as opening orders, inputting closing statement information, preparing documents for closing, handling the complete disbursement and follow-up
Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process flow
Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings
Working with a variety of technologies to enable escrow transactions, assistingcustomers to ensure a phenomenal customer experience
What You’llBring:

Knowledge of MS Office suite and ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and technologies
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of escrow-related experience preferred
This position is eligible for bonus pay and/or incentives for production or other goals. This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
