What We Do\nFound typically in centralized processing (rather than an individual branch setting). Provides centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation or closing of escrows, relieving branches of high volume paperwork. Communicates information and instructions to escrow branches, but not to customers.HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE\nProvides a wide range to a team of Escrow Support Processors and Escrow Officers.\nWork is very similar to work performed by associate level, although tasks may be slightly more complex with greater experience and knowledge.\nMay work on escrow openings and closings.\nPerforms clerical functions to set up (open) escrow files.\nPrepares correspondence, escrow files and orders preliminary title reports.\nPerforms fund disbursements.\nPrepares and delivers closing statements and closing letters.\nSchedules and provides instructions to couriers.\nOrders payoffs, liens, homeowner association documents and evidence of insurance.\nDistributes preliminary report.\nCommunicates with branches, as needed.\nFollows functional area’s processes and procedures in daily activities; Troubleshoots as needed.\nActively contributes to the results of a team and works toward achieving goals and objectives.\nOther duties as assigned\nWHAT YOU'LL BRING\nRequired Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n1-2 years escrow processing experience\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSAs)\nMust be able to follow Escrow Procedures and have awareness of regulations governing escrow process\nWorking knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of department/field\nGood verbal and written communication skills\nEstablishes effective working relationships at the work group level\nPay Range: $17.24- $22.98 Hourly\nThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
