Learning and Development plays an important role in this transformation by helping employees build the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to successfully adopt new technology and ways of working.\nAs an Instructional Designer, you'll support Endpoint’s digital-first learning strategy by designing engaging, learner-centered experiences that build knowledge, strengthen skills, and support employee performance within the Endpoint operating model.\nIn this role, you will partner with subject matter experts (SMEs), product teams, and stakeholders to translate complex Endpoint processes and technology into clear, practical learning experiences. You will apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to determine the right solution for each learning need.\nSolutions may include eLearning, self-paced learning, Digital Adoption Platform guidance and walkthroughs, instructor-led and virtual training, and other performance-support resources.\nThe goal extends beyond teaching employees how to use Endpoint Workspace. Our learning experiences help employees confidently apply what they learn to their work, understand how Endpoint supports the transaction, and build the skills needed to perform independently as the Workspace continues to evolve.\nWhat You'll Do\nBring story, purpose, vision, and business context into technical learning experiences, helping learners understand not only how to use Endpoint Workspace, but why the technology and new ways of working matter and how they connect to the broader Endpoint transformation. \nConduct learning needs analysis to identify performance gaps, learner needs, business requirements, and the appropriate learning solution. \nDesign and develop engaging, learner-centered solutions across multiple modalities, including eLearning, self-paced learning, digital adoption experiences, instructor-led training, virtual training and performance support. \nApply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create structured learning experiences aligned with clear objectives and desired performance outcomes. \nPartner with SMEs, stakeholders, product teams, trainers, and other cross-functional partners to gather information, validate content, and translate business and technical requirements into effective learning experiences. \nTranslate complex processes, systems, and technical concepts into clear, practical, and easy-to-understand learning experiences. \nDevelop learning objectives, course outlines, storyboards, facilitator guides, participant materials, activities, assessments, knowledge checks, and supporting resources. \nDesign scenario-based activities, simulations, practice opportunities, and knowledge checks that allow learners to apply skills in realistic situations. \nAssist with the design of digital learning and in-app performance support using platforms such as Whatfix, including walkthroughs, guided experiences, task-based learning, and contextual support that reinforces learning within the flow of work. \nHelp shape the learning experience within the established learning strategy by determining how formal training, self-paced learning, digital guidance, practice, and performance support should work together to meet identified learner and business needs. \nBuild polished, production-ready learning materials, including presentations, eLearning courses, job aids, infographics, videos, and other instructional assets. \nCollaborate with training partners to ensure learning materials are practical, intuitive, and ready for effective delivery. \nManage instructional design projects from intake through implementation, including discovery, design, development, stakeholder review, revisions, quality assurance, and deployment. \nConduct quality assurance and learning reviews to ensure content is accurate, engaging, accessible, and aligned with learning objectives and organizational standards. \nGather and analyze learner feedback, engagement data, assessment results, and performance insights to evaluate learning effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. \nMaintain and update learning solutions as systems, processes, products, and business needs evolve. \nThoughtfully leverage AI tools to improve the efficiency, scalability, quality of instructional design and content development. \n What You'll Bring\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. \n4-7 years of experience designing and developing learning content for adult learners in a corporate or commercial environment. \nDemonstrated experience designing learning solutions for adult learners across multiple delivery methods. \nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with SMEs and stakeholders at different levels of the organization. \nAbility to translate complex, technical, or process-heavy information into clear and engaging learning experiences. \nWorking knowledge of instructional design principles (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom’s, ARCS, SCARF, etc.) as a practical foundation. \nExperience designing content for digital adoption platforms such as Whatfix, Amplitude, Pendo, or similar guided learning technologies preferred. \nAbility to create learning materials that are visually appealing, engaging, and learner friendly. \nOpenness to using AI tools thoughtfully to improve efficiency and quality in learning design and development. \nHighly organized, with the ability to manage work, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. \nExperience designing system or software training and supporting learners through technology or process change. \nComfortable working independently while also collaborating effectively with a team. \nA passion for and commitment to continuous learning and improvement. \nPreferred, but not required: Familiarity with video or motion elements (e.g., screen recordings, short animations,
