What We Do\nAs part of our Performance Marketing Center of Excellence (CoE), the Marketing Operations Manager ensures the integrity of our marketing data, systems, and performance measurement. You will own the operational foundation that makes every marketing dollar accountable-driving consistency in tracking, reporting, and governance while enabling the team to scale. A key part of this role is unifying data across disparate systems into a trusted, single view of marketing performance, ensuring accuracy and availability for decision-makingAs a people leader, you will coach and develop talent while building scalable processes to support future team growth. By pairing strong leadership with operational rigor, you’ll help position the CoE as a trusted growth engine for the business.\nWhat You'll Do:\nLeadership & Team Development\nManage and coach direct report(s), ensuring clarity of goals, accountability, and professional growth.\nBuild scalable processes and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.\nData Management & Availability\nUnify marketing data across disparate systems (CRM, MAP, paid media, analytics platforms) into a single, trusted view.\nPartner with IT, Analytics, and divisional teams to ensure integrations and data pipelines are accurate, consistent, and accessible.\nEstablish data governance practices to improve availability, accuracy, and usability for reporting and analysis.\nTracking & Attribution\nOwn campaign tracking architecture, UTM governance, and attribution setup.\nQA lead routing and conversion tracking to ensure accuracy and integrity.\nMaintain alignment across platforms to eliminate duplicate or misattributed data.\nReporting & Dashboards\nBuild dashboards for spend, performance, ROI, and pipeline contribution.\nEnsure timely and accurate reporting for daily operational use and executive insights.\nCollaborate with Analytics to deliver clear, actionable performance readouts.\nTesting & Incrementality\nLead experiment design and incrementality measurement across campaigns.\nEnsure tests are properly instrumented and results are trustworthy.\nShare learnings broadly to refine investment and optimization decisions.\nProcess & Governance\nEstablish and enforce data quality standards across all performance marketing activities.\nCreate governance frameworks for routing, QA, and reporting accuracy.\nContinuously optimize processes to improve efficiency and scalability.\nTools & Technology\nFluency with marketing operations and analytics tools, including:\n Analytics & Attribution: Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, attribution platforms.\nCRM & MAP Systems: Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or equivalent.\nTracking & QA: Tag management systems, UTM governance tools.\nCollaboration & Workflow: Project management and campaign orchestration platforms.\nWhat You'll Bring:\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field\n7+ years in marketing operations, performance marketing, or related data-driven marketing roles. \nExperience managing and developing operational or technical talent.\nProven expertise in tracking, attribution, and campaign QA.\nHands-on experience building dashboards, reporting frameworks, and governance processes.\nStrong attention to detail, with a reputation for data accuracy and operational rigor.\nCollaborative leader who can partner across marketing, analytics, and technology teams.\nMindset\nThinks big picture: Growth is holistic, expanding beyond just acquisition and performance marketing.\nExperimental: Naturally curious; makes data-driven decisions, in a timely manner, to solve problems and propose ideas.\nForward thinking: Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset, respecting the past while remaining flexible and open to new ideas and driving transformation.\nActs like an owner: Keeps the big picture in mind while managing the inputs daily to achieve intentional outcomes.
